Project 3

The 5 Stages of a Phone Death, Synopsis and Shot List

A man using his phone is using his phone when he happens to notice it is dying. While he tries to put  It off as though it is nothing he becomes frantically concerned with the battery life of his phone, and as it starts to die, he goes through the five stages of grief; Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression and Acceptance.

Denial:
He continues to use the phone as though nothing is wrong and makes doubting looks towards the phone, he acts as though he is fine but he is clearly frazzled.

Anger:
He reaches for his charger thinking he can charge the phone only to realize after riffling through his bag and pockets that he's forgotten to bring one. He begins to get angry and paces around back and forth angrily.

Bargaining:
In efforts to slow the inevitable process he goes into his settings and places the phone on low power mode, though at this point it is getting to be too late as the phone is nearly dead.

Depression:
Seeing no future solution in sight he lays out on the floor next to his phone disappointed and sad, staring up blankly at the ceiling with his phone beside him facing up.

Acceptance:
He looks up to see a charger in the wall and grabs the phone and runs over, though at the moment he makes it to the cable, it is too late and the phone is dead, and so is he.
